Cloud isn’t necessary a Karen in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, but he does need to speak to the manager–of the Gold Saucer, that is. Where to find Dio in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth (Chapter 12 objective)
To be clear, Dio, the manager of the Gold Saucer, is someone you initially meet during Chapter 8: All That Glitters. You don’t need to look for him at all, since he’s the one who approaches Cloud and the gang during that portion of the campaign. This also serves as an introduction to 3D Brawler, one of the minigames in the theme park.
