20 years after Scott Pilgrim leveled up and took down the League of Evil Exes, one of the box sets collecting Brian Lee O’Malley’s original graphic novels has gotten a big discount. While the Scott Pilgrim books have been in print for several years, this is a nice way to check out the series in its entirety–especially if you’ve been wanting to watch the Scott Pilgrim series on Netflix. The nice thing about this particular release is that all six paperback graphic novels come inside of a slipcase cover featuring the cast of Scott Pilgrim in their 16-bit video game forms, plus there’s an exclusive poster featuring an all-new full-color piece illustrated by O’Malley. This whole set is around 1,200 pages in size, and if you’ve never read it, you’re in for a great story about love, growing up, and several energetic fight scenes.
