Adventure Time Fans Can Get 75 Comic Books For Only $18
Adventure Time ended its eight-year run back in 2018, concluding with a staggering 283 episodes and millions of fans. The story of Finn and Jake couldn’t be contained to the small screen, however, as they’ve also spilled over into a series of comic books. If you’re looking to dive in for the first time, Oni Press is gearing up to launch three Adventure Time Compendiums, with the first arriving this fall on October 15. All three are now available for preorder–but if you can’t wait and don’t mind digital comics, there’s also a steeply discounted Humble Bundle that gets you all 75 issues for just $18.
Preorder Adventure Time Compendiums
Three paperback collections are available to preorder at Amazon.
Adventure Time Compendium: Vol. 1 is seeing a slight preorder discount, dropping it to just $46 (down from $50). It compiles issues 1-35 into a 688-page paperback book, giving you an easy way to catch up on all of the adventures written by Eisner Award-winning author Ryan North. These issues feature popular characters such as Princess Bubblegum, Marceline the Vampire Queen, Ice King, and Lumpy Space Princess.
Adventure Time Compendium: Vol. 2 then continues the journey on March 25, 2025 with issues 36-61 , which were written by Christopher Hastings. These issues see Finn and Jake cross paths with Peppermint Butler, BMO, and many other memorable characters.
You can also preorder Adventure Time: The Fionna and Cake Compendium Vol. 1 for $25 ahead of its November 12 release. In this follow-up series, Finn is replaced by Fionna and Jake the Dog is swapped with Cake the Cat. The compendium collects two awesome limited series in one book for the first time: Adventure Time with Fionna & Cake and Card Wars.
Adventure Time: Comic Bundle
Get 75 Adventure Time Comic Books for $18
Humble’s current bundle is a significantly cheaper way to get the entire 75-issue run of the original Adventure Time comics for $18. The comics are delivered in PDF format, so you can read them on just about any device. Don’t need all 75 issues? Then you can pick up the first four issues for just $1 or the first 19 issues for $10. Keep in mind that the bundle is for the original Adventure Time run–the comics collected in the two upcoming compendiums above (plus issues 62-75).
Adventure Time: The Complete Series released last year on DVD (not Blu-ray, unfortunately). The 22-disc set comes in a cool display box and is on sale for $63 (was $100) at Amazon.
