2013’s Evil Dead Will Be Revived With Limited-Edition 4K Blu-Ray Release

Evil Dead is one of the most iconic horror franchises around, spanning multiple decades and encompassing five films–most of which were well-received by both critics and fans. Evil Dead (2013) is arguably the most unique film in the series, as it served as a hybrid reboot/sequel for the franchise and introduced the gore-fest to a new generation of theatergoers. Fast forward to today, and Evil Dead is finally getting a limited-edition steelbook release on 4K Blu-ray. Preorders are now open, with a launch date scheduled for August 20.
