Ghost Of Tsushima On PC Requires PSN Account For Online Play
Developer Sucker Punch has confirmed that players will need a PlayStation Network account in order to play the multiplayer portion of Ghost of Tsushima on PC.
Last week, Sucker Punch addressed player feedback on a player canceling their preorder of Ghost of Tsushima on Steam as a result of PlayStation wanting to link their Steam account to their PSN. The developer said that a PSN account was required to play Ghost of Tsushima: Legends, which is the game’s multiplayer mode.
A PSN account is also required to use the new PlayStation Overlay feature that’s being introduced with Ghost of Tsushima on PC. This feature connects PC players closer to the PlayStation ecosystem by letting them do things such as earn Trophies while playing the PC version of their games.
